What is happening to the EpicYOU loyalty program?

As part of the pharmacy’s rebranding from Epic Pharmacy to Slade Pharmacy, the EpicYOU loyalty program is being renamed as SladePLUS. The benefits, rewards structure, and your cash will remain exactly the same — only the name is changing

When will the transition to SladePLUS take place?

The transition will occur in early 2025. Until then, you can continue using our loyalty program as usual. All rewards will automatically transfer to the SladePLUS program in the new year.

Why is the name of the loyalty program changing?

The name change aligns with the rebranding of the pharmacy to Slade Pharmacy.

Do I need to do anything to transfer my rewards or points?

No, all your existing points and rewards will automatically transfer to the new SladePLUS program.

Can I still earn and redeem rewards during the transition?

Yes, you can continue to earn and redeem rewards through the loyalty program as usual. After the transition, the same functionality will be available under the SladePLUS name.

Will my cash expire during the transition?

No, your cash will not expire during the transition. Any existing cash will carry over to the SladePLUS program.

Will the benefits of the program change?

No, the benefits of the loyalty program remain the same. You’ll continue to enjoy earning cash, redeeming rewards, and accessing exclusive offers.

Are there any changes to the terms and conditions of the loyalty program?

The terms and conditions will remain consistent with those of the EpicYOU program. Any updates specific to SladePLUS will be communicated in advance and displayed on the Slade Pharmacy website.

Will I need a new membership card or login details

No physical cards are issued for the loyalty program, and your existing membership details will remain valid under the SladePLUS program. You won’t need to re-register or update your information.

What if I have technical issues with my account during the transition?

How will I know when the transition is complete?

We will notify you via email and in-store announcements when the transition to SladePLUS is finalised. Look out for updated signage and communications.
