Slade Pharmacy is a separate organisation to the hospital, clinic or facility where you received your care.
Slade Pharmacy provides medications for people who visit hospitals and clinics across Australia. The treating doctor in the hospital or clinic will prescribe your medications. Often these medications are not included in your hospital account and Slade Pharmacy will provide an invoice.
