Our pharmacy audit processes allow standardised assessments to be conducted across all hospital pharmacies, facilitating benchmarking and reporting of agreed financial and clinical key performance indicators.

Clinical ward pharmacy services are a strong aspect of the Slade service model and are conducted to facilitate the best patient outcomes. Clinical ward rounds facilitate the most effective, efficient and economical use of drug therapy, with the aim of:

  • Optimising patient care in-line with medication history and patient-specific considerations
  • Compliance with all aspects of the NSQHS Standards particularly Standard 4
  • Achieving strong therapeutic outcomes
