Your clinic or specialist will contact our IVF team to begin your order.
Once we have received your order from the clinic or specialist, we will contact you to organise your next steps including collection. We usually do this through SMS.
If this is your first time using your IVF medications or you have any questions, when you receive the SMS, you can book an appointment with one of our specialised IVF pharmacists. Our IVF team can provide customised advice and demonstrate how to best administer your medications.
