Order your IVF medication
Our IVF team support patients from ordering through to medication administration
Once we receive your order, we will send you an SMS to confirm receipt and provide the link to the appointment booking portal. This will allow you to book an appointment with one of our specialised IVF pharmacists, at a time convenient for you.
Once you have received the SMS, you will need to choose one of the following appointment types:
- ‘New Cycle – Counselling Required’
- ‘Repeat Cycle – Collection Only’
Our IVF team members can provide customised advice and demonstrate how to best administer your medications. This will help you feel confident in all aspects of your medication and treatment.
If your order contains any medications you haven’t used before, please book a ‘New Cycle’ appointment so we can explain and demonstrate how to use them.
Appointments are available during opening hours. There is limited availability for night and weekend appointments. We suggest booking early to ensure you get your preferred time.
If you need to start your medications before the next available appointment, please call the pharmacy on 03 8420 0700.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, you can do so via the link in the appointment confirmation email.
While an appointment is required for collection of your full IVF cycle order, if you require ‘top-ups’ during your cycle, you do not need an appointment. Once we receive your order, we will contact you to confirm receipt and organise collection.
