We want to make ordering and picking up your IVF medications as easy as possible.
During the COVID-19 pandemic our priority continues to be the safety of our patients and staff. Please note the following temporary safety measures we have put in place before ordering and collecting your medications:
1. ORDERING YOUR IVF MEDICATION FOR THE FIRST TIME
To help reduce waiting times and enable social distancing, we have implemented an appointment system for collection of full IVF cycle medications. This will ensure you have dedicated time with a pharmacist to collect your medication in the safest possible way. Note: Our hours of operation have changed over recent weeks. 2. RE-ORDERING YOUR IVF MEDICATION
If you have ordered your IVF medication from us previously and we have your script on file, you can phone ahead to request we make up your order ready for collection.

If you would prefer not to collect from the pharmacy, we can deliver your medication to you directly via courier or Australia Post (delivery costs may apply). Please ask us about this option when you email or call to place your order.
