Prescription requirements
To make sure we’re able to prepare and dispense your medication accurately and without delay, we need a valid, clear, and legible prescription. If any part of the script is unclear or incomplete, we’ll need to get in touch with your doctor to clarify before we can proceed – this might delay the order.
Prescriptions can be uploaded via our secure online form, emailed to us, or posted.
Order fulfilment
Once your prescription is received and verified, our pharmacists will review it and prepare your medication. For compounded prescriptions, this can take one to three business days depending on the complexity.
We’ll keep you updated along the way, and you’ll hear from us if we need anything else.
Shipping & delivery
We aim to ship orders the same day they’re ready. Once your parcel is lodged with Australia Post, you’ll receive a tracking number directly via email from their system, using the contact details provided with your order.
After dispatch, delivery times depend on Australia Post or the courier service used. While we’re happy to assist with tracking or resolving delivery issues, please note that once your order has left our pharmacy, the delivery process is managed by the courier.
Cold chain & special medications
Items that need refrigeration or temperature control will be packaged appropriately to keep them safe in transit. Shipping methods and timelines may vary depending on medication type and destination.
